Refund Policy — Our 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to actually wear Amvori, not leave it in the box. So our guarantee is simple.

The promise. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to decide. Use it. Wear it daily. Really test it. If it's not for you, we'll refund you.

Opened and used is fine. We stand behind the product, so you don't need it in shrink-wrap to return it.

How to start a return. Email support@amvoriwellness.com with your order number and a one-line reason (it helps us improve, but any reason works). We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund timing. Once your return is approved, your refund is processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Return shipping. Return postage is covered by the customer, unless the item arrived defective or damaged — in that case we replace it free of charge or refund you in full, your choice, and no return may be needed.

Defective items. If anything is wrong with your Amvori on arrival, email us a photo or short video and we'll make it right immediately.
